We are sure you would love our product. However if you would like to return your purchased item, you are welcome to do that within 7 days after the delivery. Before returning any items please send us an email in info@allyogamed.com.

The faulty item means, the item you have ordered is different from what we have dispatched. For example you have ordered blue and we have dispatched green. The other example can be our fault in dispatching another category of the products. Just to make you sure, we always check the items before the dispatch and we do not dispatch any damaged items to our customers. But in any case if the item you have received has been damaged due to any reason such as shipping, please contact us and we will help you with your order to receive a non faulty item.

Please ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their return to us. We are not liable for lost or damaged items in their return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address will be in the receipt of your purchase that will be sent to you with your parcel.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items and logos).  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Any item will be processed separately. 

 About refunds

All the refunds will be processed for none damaged items received within their original condition (including not used, not marked, not damaged) and they received in their original packaging with 10 working days after deducting initial shipping and return costs. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost for return or replacement shipping unless they are faulty. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
