Delivery time and destinations

Currently we are only shipping our products inside the UK and that is for free.  However if you are in the EU and would like to order any of our products, we can ship it to you. Please note that the customers outside of the UK are eligible to pay the country's VAT. 

The shipping time for inside the UK is normally about 2 to 3 working days and for the EU countries is about 5 to 6 working days subject to local VAT repayment by the customers. 

We are trying our best to meet these time schedule. However due to some unknown situation; the duration might be slightly different. This can be due to current courier breakdown, weather condition or custom delays for customers purchasing from outside of the UK. 

However we are not expecting this delays to be more than 1 or 2 business days. Therefore please bear with us as we always do our best to meet our commitments.

Wholesale shipping

The shipping duration for the wholesale will be different from above time schedule and the processing time takes longer. Get in touch with us for whole sale via info@allyogamed.com. We recommend in order to meet your target dates, to plan your wholesale or bulk purchased 1 month to 45 days in advance with us. 

After placing your order

When your order was placed, you will receive a confirmation email and later you will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you have difficulties in tracking your parcel please send us your query by an email to info@allyogamde.com

Delivery address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. If your delivery address has been provided incorrectly we are not able to cancel the shipment if it has been already processed. The parcel to the incorrect addresses; will be retuned to our warehouse and that will have charges to us. Once we receive the parcel in an original situation we will process your refunds within 10 working days after deducting of all shipping costs and charges. 

Allyogamed does not deliver the parcels to PO Boxes or pack station addresses. Please make sure that you are providing an address other than above.

The parcel will be delivered to your address. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Tracking your parcel

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number with a link where you can track your parcel. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.

You will receive the delivery time slot from the courier and if you need to make any changes you can provide the details accordingly.
